[Person-ontology] first contributions-suggestion

Before we get going I would suggest that we start from a level playing field so as to keep the group focused and initially in sync. We can certainly diverge and yet remain convergent if we have the same background-objective, knowledge, and a goal.

I would suggest that we take a look at the

Even if it is simple for some it will take only a few moments and we can start a discussion thread from here-e.g., Do we agree with the thesis here?
